About The Director
Mustapha Sa'ad is a son of late
Malam Abubakar yawa, the katib (marubuci) of salihawa
district head in Gwarzo Local Government Area of Kano
State. Until his death.
The late katib was the first son of late Malam Aliyu
Abdulmumini's Family of twelve (12) children. Nine (9)
males and three (3) females (9 of them alive), in the
locality, reknown for their knowledge search.
His departure from this world after a brief illness let
to the immediate taking over of the child Mustapha or
Gambo has he was then nick named.
The person who adopted him was no any other person than
his uncle Alhaji Liman Sa'adu. Though then a spinster.
Alhaji Liman as he was popularly known was a seasoned
grocery then in Kaduna Nigeria. He now seized the
opportunity (to adopt the child at age 4) to take the
young Rahmatu or Ramu as she was then called in 1975. And
herself a daughter of Amina a sister to late Malam Aliyu
Abdulmumini earlier mentioned in this script.
Hajiya Rahmatu or maman Gambo as she was later referred
to, be a woman credited to the success of Mustapha. Not
only, but to 13 other children she later gave birth to.
The contribution of his biological Mother Rukayya other
wise known as Rakiya, is also not ignored. She gave him
much of her motherly love and support. Equally my beloved
senior wife Fatima or (maman Muneeba) and certainly
Rukayya, (Mama Rakiya) they gave him must of the needed
encouragement and love.
Mustapha a seasoned Administrator became an entrepreneur
in the wake of the new millennium decided to go into
information technology by establishing his SilverSoft
Technologies - an I.T reselling & training
consultancy unit of Esps Baneeta Network.
And 2 year later (in April 2003) lunched his business on
the Internet by establishing baneetanet web site, which
we now witness its lunching today.
Academically, he began his carrier in Government collage
Kaduna and Federal Polytechnics Kauran-Namoda (now in
Zamfara State) with a National Diploma in Accounting and
which ended in Plateau school of accounting and
management studies Jos. Plateau State.
Professionally, he is both a student & member of the
institute of certified public accountant of Nigeria
(ICPAN) and chartered institute of Bankers of Nigeria
(CIBN) since 1993.
Now, involved in information technology (IT), he bagged a
Diploma in Personal Computer (PC) Maintenance &
Networking. And held several order certificates and
awards.
